Shipping & Returns Policy
If in stock, all orders will generally ship within 5-7 days of receiving the order. Most items ship within 24 hours. Our store is located in Philadelphia, PA. Please be aware that we DO NOT ship internationally or to AK or HI. If you place an order to be shipped outside the continental US, unfortunately, we will have to cancel the order and refund your money.
In the event that an item is not in stock, you will be refunded the full amount for that item. The remainder of your order (if any) will be shipped and the shipping costs will be appropriately adjusted. Shipping starts at $8.50 and increases based on weight and distance. All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and includes tracking and $50 of insurance. If you need more insurance, or need expedited shipping please contact us directly after placing your order.
Returns must be discussed and postmarked within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the product.
Face masks and Final Sale items may not be returned.
